Refund Policy

We want eligible returns and exchanges to be straightforward.

30-day request period

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns, and we accept exchanges. Items must be new; non-defective items must also be unused and in their original condition.

Approval and return shipping

Email opigawok518@gmail.com before mailing an item. Returns must be approved first. Send approved items by mail using the free prepaid return label included in the parcel. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund timing

After approval, we will process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds. This policy does not limit statutory rights.
